Terms and Conditions

  • Domain name and web hosting services are the responsibility of the customer and must be provided at the time of hosting on the World Wide Web.

  • After final agreement, payment terms outlined cannot be modified without the prior consent and approval of Advertise Guru.

  • The customer is responsible for providing all website content, including product images and written content.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled at any stage. Payment must be made in full to Advertise Guru.

  • The timeline for website development depends on the design and functionality requirements, which will be determined and confirmed prior to finalizing the project.

Project Timeline and Constraints:

  • The start date of the project is determined upon receiving a confirmed order along with a 50% payment.

  • During the development process, Advertise Guru will periodically send layouts to the customer for approval.

  • Any layout changes suggested by the customer will be incorporated by Advertise Guru, as long as they fall within the agreed scope of work.

  • It’s important to note that any delay in response from the client may result in a shift in the project completion timeline.

  • By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above. Please ensure that you read and understand these terms before entering into an agreement with Advertise Guru.

Furthermore, we want to emphasize that we do not automatically collect any personally identifiable information about users when they visit our website. We respect your privacy and will only record your personal details if you voluntarily provide them through one of the contact forms on our website. Additionally, we may gather general aggregate information about website usage for statistical purposes.

Rest assured that we adhere to strict privacy practices to protect your personal information. 

Media Gallery

During the development of the website, Advertise Guru may use images and videos sourced from the internet to showcase the layout and design to our customers. It is important to note that these media assets are not owned by Advertise Guru. As a responsible practice, we encourage our customers to provide their own images and videos or obtain them from reputable sources such as stock photography and video websites.

Once the website goes live, if the customer chooses to retain the images and videos whose sources are unknown, Advertise Guru cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise. This includes any penalties or legal claims from the rightful owners of the media assets. We are dedicated to providing a seamless and trouble-free experience for our customers, and we always strive to guide them in making the best choices and avoiding any unwanted complications.

We value transparency and the protection of our customers’ interests. Therefore, we strongly advise clients to ensure that they have the necessary rights or licenses for the images and videos used on their websites. Should you need any assistance or recommendations for legally sourced media assets, our team is here to assist you throughout the process.

Payment Terms

We have established a fair payment policy that benefits both our company and our customers. For development projects, we require a minimum of 50% payment of the total project value before we initiate the design and development process.

The remaining 50% is due upon project completion by Advertise Guru and before the files are hosted on any server. We ensure that the customer is fully satisfied with the project and has given their approval before proceeding with the final payment.

Regarding Digital Marketing services at Advertise Guru, customers are required to make monthly payments. Advance invoices will be sent each month, and payment is expected within one week from the invoice date. If payment is not received within one month of the invoice date, a delay fee will be charged at a rate of 10% of the outstanding invoice amount per month.

We offer multiple payment options for customer convenience. Customers can make payments to Advertise Guru using the following methods:

  1. Direct Bank Transfer: Our bank details will be provided in the invoice.
  2. Credit/Debit Card: We accept major cards such as Visa Card, MasterCard, Easy Paisa, etc.
  3. Payment over the Phone: Customers can call us at 03366667423 to make payment using their preferred debit/credit card.

The payment term duration is specified in the signed agreement. To cancel a standing order, please provide one month’s advance notice via email or phone.

Refund Policy

All products and services provided by Advertise Guru are customized to meet the specific requirements of our customers. The payment terms are agreed upon and outlined in the signed agreement between Advertise Guru and the customer.

As our products and services are tailored and personalized, we do not offer refunds on advance payments once work has commenced on the project. Refunds can only be requested prior to the initiation of the agreed project or services. Data/Details Required from Customers:

To ensure the smooth progress of the project, we kindly request the following data/details from our customers:

  1. Product pictures for the homepage.
  2. Product pictures, including descriptions and any additional necessary details.
  3. Any charges incurred for integrating third-party products/services into the website will be the responsibility of the customer.
